Clinical work
The medical activities of the FSBEI HE KubSMU of the Ministry of Health of Russia are carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 323-FZ of November 21, 2011 “On the fundamentals of protecting the health of citizens in the Russian Federation”, order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 228 of September 29, 1993 “On approval of the regulations on a clinical treatment and preventive institution”, the Charter of the FSBEI HE KubSMU of the Ministry of Health of Russia and other regulatory documentsdocuments.University staff carry out medical, consultative and diagnostic work at the University Clinic, equipped with the latest medical and diagnostic equipment, as well as at 150 medical institutions in the Krasnodar region, including leading regional clinics and centers.
The teaching staff of clinical departments, doctors of the University Clinic, are highly qualified specialists in their field, having certificates for the right to conduct medical activities and qualification categories.Some of the university’s highly qualified specialists are included in the register of experts in the quality of medical care of the territorial compulsory health insurance fund of the Krasnodar Territory, in the register of experts of the territorial body of Roszdravnadzor for the Krasnodar Territory, in the list of chief freelance specialists in medical care of the population of the Ministry of Health of the Krasnodar Territory.
FSBEI HE Kuban State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia participates in the implementation of the state task to provide high-tech medical care to citizens of the Russian Federation in the sections: obstetrics-gynecology and dentistry.The clinical departments of the university provide assistance in the implementation of programs to protect and promote the health of the population of the Krasnodar region, issues of promoting a healthy lifestyle, and methodological assistance to practical health authorities.
Control and analysis of the university’s medical activities is entrusted to the clinical department, established in 1994.The main tasks of the department include: monitoring and analysis of the medical work of clinical departments and medical and preventive structural divisions of the university, organizing medical examinations of employees, concluding agreements on joint activities of the university with organizations and practical healthcare institutions in order to improve the quality of medical care to the population.
