Anfimov was awarded the title “Honored Scientist of the RSFSR.”Since 1956to 1972The department was headed by Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences.Mikhail Ionovich Kholodenko (1905-1979).During these years, the main direction of the department’s research was the development of issues of venous pathology of the brain.Clinical research materials formed the basis of the first domestic monograph: “Disorder of venous circulation in the brain” (M.I. Kholodenko, 1973).During this time, 5 candidate dissertations were completed and defended, and 75 scientific papers were published.
Since 1973to 1992The Department of Nervous Diseases with Medical Genetics was headed by Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences.May Yakovlevich Berdichevsky.M.Ya. Since 1994, the Department of Nervous Diseases and Neurosurgery has been headed by Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Gerasim Grigorievich Muzlaev.At the same time, a course was organized, and then the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery FPPV (Head of the Department, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Yu.S. Chernyak).In June 2000The merger of both departments took place and a single department of nervous diseases and neurosurgery was formed with a course of nervous diseases and neurosurgery of the Faculty of Advanced Training and Teaching Staff under the leadership of Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor G.G. Bystrzhitsky.Since 1996, 2 sections have been introduced in the system of postgraduate training of doctors in the specialty “Reflexotherapy” and “Manual Therapy”.The curator of the cycles of primary retraining and advanced training in reflexology and manual therapy is Nina Viktorovna Grigoriadi, chief freelance specialist of the Ministry of Health of KK.Author of 25 scientific and educational works.She was awarded a diploma of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and has the honorary title “Honored Health Worker of Kuban.”Employees of the department also carry out diagnostic and treatment work, consultative work in basic medical and preventive institutions, organize hospital and large-scale scientific and practical conferences, educational cycles of improvement on topical issues of neurology and neurosurgery.
